Youth Leadership Coordinator

CUYO is a program of the Afro Caribbean Cultural Center.  ACCC is looking for a CUYO Youth Leadership Coordinator to develop and facilitate programs for pre-teens/teens and young adults in Waterbury and surrounding communities. The Youth Leadership Coordinator will work to assess the needs of young people and to implement relevant and engaging youth programming. The coordinator will work directly with pre-teens, teens and young adults alongside other staff, youth leaders, parents, and teachers to help ACCC youth acclimate to and build ties in the Waterbury community.

Community Outreach and Engagement Director

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, the Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for engagement with the Community, partners, members and other interested parties to ensure the ACCC mission and services are
represented and to the community-at-large. Part of this position will include attending community meetings, public presentations, coordination of trainings as well as promotion of the ACCC through written marketing collateral.
